Medicare Pays 100% Because International Home Healthcare maintains Medicare-certification, our patients with Medicare have no out-of-pocket expenses. For qualified patients, traditional Medicare pays 100% of allowable charges from International Home Healthcare. Such patients have no co-pay, deductible to meet, or cost sharing of any kind.
